The service is in particular directed to companies employing a substantial number of persons, which may be a factor complicating or deforming information flow along employees – management line. It allows to identify reasons of such problems as: dissatisfaction, lack of loyalty of employees, which may also result in their work efficiency and overall results of the company.

The test is performed by consultants specialized in this field. To create a full picture of atmosphere among the employees, defining problems and preparing a repair program they perform a test consisting of three stages.

First step is to conducts interviews with management staff. The second is to conduct interviews with randomly chosen representatives of individual employees groups. The third stage is an overall, anonymous enquiry research covering all employees of the company. If the company does not employ many persons, the second stage may cover their total number and then the third stage is omitted.
